Module 1: Advanced DJ Techniques & Transitions

Master the techniques that differentiate a good DJ set from a professional one. Improve your beatmatching, phrasing, accurate volume matching, and transitions, all while maintaining the energy and flow of your set.

We also introduce a smart cue system that allows you to prepare your tracks faster and create smoother, more controlled mixes. Learn to connect different tempos and music styles – for example, from 100 BPM to 130 BPM – without losing the vibe of your set.

This module provides you with the tools to mix with more confidence and create seamless transitions that work on any dance floor.

Module 2: Music Selection, Set Construction & Audience Energy

Being a good DJ is not just about good mixing. It's primarily about making the right musical choices at the right moment.

Learn how to efficiently organize your music, build stronger playlists, and construct DJ sets with a clear flow and energy build-up. Discover how to read different audiences, respond to the atmosphere on the dance floor, and adapt your music selection without losing your own style.

We also cover how to handle song requests professionally and how to use a microphone naturally and effectively when the situation calls for it.

Module 3: Flexibility, Organization & Practical DJ Skills

Every dance floor is different. Learn how to bring together different genres, generations, and cultures in one DJ set, and how to adapt to the situation without losing your own identity as a DJ.

We will optimize your Rekordbox workflow by teaching you how to efficiently organize, sort, and categorize your music. With smart playlists, you'll prepare your sets faster and step behind the DJ booth with more confidence.

Additionally, you will learn to handle unexpected audience reactions, musical course changes, technical problems, and faulty equipment during a performance.
